We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Below are the details of our refund policy:

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to decide if your purchase meets your expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@fz39.com.pk. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect the package upon receipt and notify us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above. It is important to note that the product should be in its original packaging for the return to take place successfully. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us for further assistance.
